Is the house suitable for a large group or a big family?
Yes. It is a large house designed for gathering: up to 16 guests, 7 bedrooms, plenty of shared spaces (lounge, kitchen, terraces) and a private pool. Groups of 10 to 15 stay here regularly without running out of room.
Can we rent only part of the house?
No. Le Vieux Mas is rented as a whole only: you have the entire house, the garden and the pool to yourselves, with no other guests.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, a private outdoor salt-water pool set below the garden, sheltered from view, with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. It is open 24 hours in season.
How far is the beach?
The nearest beach is a two-minute walk from the house.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the house.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm, and check-out is before 11am.
What are the rates?
Rates vary by season: from €1,100 to €2,500 per night for the whole house, sleeping up to 16 guests. The season-by-season breakdown is shown on the Booking page.
Is there a minimum stay?

What is there to do nearby?
The Calanques and their turquoise coves are 20 minutes away by car. La Ciotat's Old Port, its markets and lanes are a few minutes away, and neighbourhood shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Is the garden large?
Yes, it is the real luxury of the house: a vast wooded garden with a private pine grove, a terrace with sea view, a pétanque court, a dining area under the trees, a hammock and sun loungers.
